Summer Institute
Every student will receive teaching in a classroom setting on missions and prayer and hands-on ministry training with local churches in San Diego, Phoenix, Hollywood, San Francisco and practical application of international missions in Mexico. We also offer an optional overseas week at the end of the semester.
SUMMER 2011 MAPS OPPORTUNITY DETAILS:
One, 9 week session*
July 5th - August 27th
*At the conclusion of the ninth week, students have the opportunity to go on our optional overseas mission or to Glorieta Collegiate Week.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday
7:30 - 8:00 Breakfast
8:00 - 9:00 Chapel
9:00 - 10:30 Class
10:30 - 1:00 Outreach
Afternoons and Evenings are free for homework, internships, part-time jobs, socializing, or taking additional classes at a local university.
Friday - Sunday is typically off with exceptions and flexibility when we go on trips.
Tuition:
$2000
INCLUDES Housing in San Diego, Classes, Breakfast each day, and
Trips to 3 U.S.CITIES, and TIJUANA, MEXICO.
